CEO Profile
Extensive Sports Background
As a former Division I athlete, I bring firsthand experience in the discipline, dedication, and personal branding it takes to excel at the highest levels of competition. My background spans over two decades of service in the sports world—
• Playing and Coaching at all levels (middle school, high school, and collegiate) where I’ve helped athletes develop the mindset and skills to grow both on and off the field.
• Officiating as an NCAA Women’s Basketball official, which provided a unique perspective on performance, professionalism, and leadership.
Educational Expertise
With 18 years in education as both a classroom teacher and school administrator, I understand how to connect with student-athletes and guide them academically and athletically.
• I hold Master’s degrees in Sport Management and Educational Leadership, grounding my work in both sports and education.
• I also earned a Doctorate in Sports Management, specializing in Sports Marketing—sharpening my expertise in branding, athlete development, and strategic promotion.
My work across all levels of sport—from grassroots to collegiate—allows me to create tailored strategies that meet the unique needs of middle and high school athletes.
